Not the guide you should be using for an iPhone 4.
First step, do you have 5.1.1 shsh?

Ok, then you need to stitch those shsh to the correct firmware with redsnow. Then enter pwned DFU and restore to that stitched firmware in itunes. Make sure to use the right build number shsh with the right 5.1.1 firmware (there were two builds of 5.1.1 for iPhone 4).

dont mind, i had already tried to stitch and tried restoring with that..........may be shsh selected went wrong or in the worst case - this one not working for my iphone as well
will give it a try once i get ur reply

9B206 or 9B208 is what you are looking for. You need to make sure whatever 5.1.1 firmware you have matches that same number on the shsh you stitch to it.

Yes, with tiny umbrella. Or you can just copy the stitched firmware you made to another computer.

Don't know what to tell you sorry. You shouldn't be getting error 3194 with a stitched firmware. Don't know why you are.
Maybe try following this just in case you are missing a step: iClarified - iPhone - How to Downgrade Your iPhone 4 From iOS 6.x to iOS 5.x (Windows)
