Calls do not stay open when you press the home button
I have a jailbroken iPhone 4s anyway to fix this problem I don't know what I did. The green bar doesn't come across the top when I hit home suing the call and the call cannot be heard when in the springboard.

Have you always had this problem since you jailbroke it or did it work before?

Well it sounds like maybe something installed from Cydia recently could be causing a conflict. Did you install anything from Cydia recently (recently as in before this issue started happening)? If so, I'd recommend going into SBSettings (if you don't have it, download it or you'll have to start deleting stuff), go into "More" then select MobileSubstrate add ons. You'll want to disable anything you've installed from Cydia that you think may be causing the problem. If you don't know, disable everything, then enable them one by one and test your calls to find your culprit.
This typically is the problem, especially when it was working fine before while jailbroken. If it is not, well let us know and we'll try to figure it out.

You know how to SSH? You can go in through SSH or iFile if you have it to delete it if you know where it is in your phone.
Also try this: In Cydia go to manage and tap on Settings on the top left corner. Select Developer then go to packages and see if you can find that tweak/app to delete it.

Simple, you open Cydia and search " Innovaspy" , you will see it. Now you can remove it.
