cant get winterboard off my iPhone. Cydia disappeared. please help!!!

HELP!!!! i need to remove Winterboard from my iPhone 3GS. tried many solutions but nothing works.

Here is my story,
i was board at my Grandmas house and just bought an iPhone 3GS for AT&T and i decided to jailbreak it i know im dumb. so i jailbroke it and it now has Cydia and WinterBoard

so within hours of me jailbreaking my phone it starts running slow and i want the jailbreak gone. i looked up a youtube video on how to remove Cydia but i forgot to remove winterboard and 2 other apps before removing Cydia
so cydia's gone but winterboard and two other apps from cydia are still on my phone

next i try restoring my iPhone. i hold shift and hit restore and use a manual update downloaded from a website and after a few hours it restores and everything is fine. winterboard and the two other apps are gone and my phone is running fast again.

weirdest part of all --> i restart my iphone once a day with the power button and the night i restore my iphone before i go to bed i turned my phone off. the next morning i wake up, turn on my phone and winterboard plus the two other apps are back but no cydia. its also running very slow again! FML!!!!!!

ive also tried finding the winterboard folder in iExplorer, following a bunch of different suggested links of what folders it would be in. it is no where to be found

can someone please please help me completely remove winterboard? ive lost very many hours of sleep searching the internet for solutions to my problem

i found a solution!!! if anyone else has this problem or just cant get rid of winterboard and you're reading this.... rejailbreak your phone so Cydia is back on it.
If cydia is already on your iphone then follow these steps
1. open Cydia
2. click "search"
3. search for "cydelete" and install it
4. once "cydelete" is installed on your device go into settings from your homescreen
5. when in settings, scroll down and find "CyDelete" open it
6. It will say at the top of the page "protected applications" and under it will be cydia and it will say "ON" right next to it
7. Slide where it says "on" and turn it off. this makes it possible to remove cydia or winterboard like it is a regular app downloaded from the store.
8. once cydia is not protected, go back to your home screen
9. when on homescreen press and hold Cydia (like you are going to move it)
10. you should now have the option to delete cydia and any application downloaded by cydia the same way you delete any other regular app.

if you are having this problem and you followed these steps and it did not work, type up your problem you are having like i did and i will do my best to assist you. i know how shitty it is having problems with cydia so i have no problem taking a few minutes from my time to help. best of luck. DONT USE WINTERBOARD OR SUMMERBOARD THEY ARE VIRUSES THAT SLOW DOWN YOUR DEVICE

Summerboard is old and not used anymore. Winterboard is most certainly NOT a virus. It may slow your device down a little depending on what theme you have going but that is to be expected with any tweak of this size and capability.
