UltrasnOw not unlocking?

I have done the redsnOw on my 3G Iphone and Cydia installed fine etc but the unlock through ultrasnow is not unlocking and throwing up errors like: "Sub-process bzip-2 returned an error code (2)" error :and NODATA 2,it's working fine with the O2 sim in which it was locked to and I've tried www.repo666 and ordinary ultrasnOw.com without any success!............Any ideas guys

i dont think 3G iphone with 5.15.04 baseband can be software unlocked with ultrasnow unless you upgrade bb to 6.15 and you'll loose you gps.
