iphone 3gs on 4.3.5 bb: 05.16.02 still tethered after jb with redsnow 0.9.10b3

anyone else having only a TETHERED jb with the new redsnow? if i reboot and boot unplugged, cydia is white and crashes. Also, is there a carrier unlock for 05.16.02 on 4.3.5?

4.3.5 is tethered only...and it's not 0.9.10b3....didn't u ask this all ready?...
