My iPhone 4, stuck in apple logo screen after jailbreak. I've tried almost everything I could except restoring with iTunes, I don't want to do that. Any ideas? Help is appreciated.

I'm getting the same issue.

Tried running redsnow as administrator, in compatibility mode etc and still no luck

Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you guys remember what tweaks you installed? You probably installed something that causes problems with the current version of Mobile Substrate, like FoldersinFolders or SwitcherPlus. You could try the fix in this thread: iPhone 4 on 4.3.3 stuck on Boot logo AFTER Cydia TODAY update - JailbreakQA
