Tried re-booting with "Just boot now"

I always get the pineapple logo and then I just get the apple logo and it's stuck there.

I have ios 5.0 on the 3GS. Bootrom I am not sure I am gonna say 6.15.00 (IIRC).

What version of redsn0w are you using ? Are you pointing to 5.0 when doing just boot ?

I downloaded the latest version 0.9.9b8 and yes, if that means clicking specified ISPW beforehand?

Could it be be tweaks you installed that causes it to freeze, i would restore and rejailbreak again.

So, set it to recovery, shift and restore in iTunes with 5.0 firmware, rejailbreak?

I also get a 3194 error while trying to restore via iTunes

You can only restore to 5.0.1.

Unfortunately, I get an error from that too. What I did today thought was load up tiny umbrella from my friends computer, if that makes a difference? I had no idea what to do.
