Bricked iPhone 4 after redsn0w hang

I jailbroke my iPhone 4 a couple weeks ago and have done the tethered reboot a few times with no problems.

Today, though, I had a little difficulty. After running redsn0w under "Just Boot", it started running fine but when I came back an hour later it was back stuck on the apple logo (the redsn0w application indicated everything was done successfully, no errors).

So I did it again, and a half hour later the app was stuck on "exploiting with limer1an" and the iphone screen was black. I clicked 'cancel', and since then I haven't gotten any signs of life out of my iPhone - no charging indicator, no apple logo, no nothing. Have tried to get it into DFU mode repeatedly.

Is there any hope?

EDIT: I'm running iOS 5.

Never mind, I got it back - not sure what I did, but after screwing with it awhile with no results, I plugged it into a different PC and it told me it was already in DFU mode, so I restored it on there.
