Cydia is white and not working

I used redsn0w and after it was done. It booted fine and when I went to click on cydia it just flashed for a second. I even re did redsn0w. Still didn't fix it. any suggestions?? I am using 5.0. Thanks

Boot with tethered

I did boot with Tethered. I don't think there is any other way to.

In the past i just restored the phone and re-installed and it worked fine, there are easier ways though, not sure about 5.0.1 though, if all else fails just restore and try again.
