3GS stuck on the pineapple logo after re-jailbreak

I accidentally screwed up some account settings and I had to jailbreak my phone again. When I do that, at the end the phone gets stuck on the apple logo. Fine enough, I figure I have to reboot tethered, but when I do that, it gets stuck at the pineapple logo. It's iPhone 3GS, 4.2.1 OS, with the new bootrom, baseband changed to the iPad one, previously unlocked with ultrasn0w. Tried with redsn0w 0.9.6b4 and 0.9.9b7. What do I do?

EDIT: Turns out that at the "installing bundles" screen after the jailbreak, the bar goes to about 80%, then the screen turns black and changes to the apple logo.

Download custom firmware that all ready hactivated. Use Redsnow put the phone PWGN DFU mode restore with with download firmware you done.
