3Gs -iOS 4.2.1 -BB 6.15.00 Upgrade to iOS 5 -help

Hi, I have a 3Gs which is on the iOS 4.2.1, it is Jailbroken and Unlocked with the 6.15.00 iPad Baseband.
I am on a 64bit Windows 7 Ultimate OS

Now I want to update it to the iOS 5

I want it Jailbroken and Unlocked.

I am perusing the forums trying to find a good Tut but most seem to say how to jailbreak but I`m not finding one right away for making a custom ipsw for this purpose.

Can someone point me in the right direction pleaseÉ

Create a custom firmware of 5.0.1, put iphone into pwned dfu mode and restore to it.

That would work, but as far as i am understanding that is sadly not an option in Windows version of the program at this time???
