How to Fix Locaton Services problem?

Hey guys
i have a 3GS with ipad BB, already jailbroken with Snowbreeze 2.8b8 and unlocked with ultrasnow.
The only problem i had was that i have the Location services crash.
i read about doing the rejailbreak without ticking the Cydia installing andrunning redsnow.
i installed redsnow 9.9b7 butthe location services problem is still there, and my phone crashes when i turn it on.

What can i do?
im in a PC

Restore again with a new CFW from the new beta release of sn0wbreeze. That should fix your location services. Go to ih8sn0w.com and download the latest release.

Do you think is worth itnow that ios 5.01 comes in 2 weeks?
i mean im agonna have to jailbreak it again right?
i have battery drain problems.
