Exclamation accidentaly selected wrong ipsw file during JB now stuck in recovery mode

Greetings to to Gods of Iphone

i know i am stupid but leave the name calling for later , please solve my problem for now.
i read up on how to JB and got the redsnow RC 19
then i accidentally selected the wrong version of the ipsw and ran redsnow
then the i phone 4 got stuck in recovery mode.
then i panicked and reran redsnow with the correct version of ipsw, and then again and again and again with several other versions of the ipsw, hoping against hope that the iphone would spring to life......but no use
now ive lost track of which is the last version i ran.
is there any way to format the iphone and make it forget that anything wrong ever happened to it? like formatting a windows pc. and starting life on a fresh page

    please help me

What firmware are you trying to install? If you’re trying to do anything but 5.0 you’ll need TinyUmbrella and have your shsh blobs saved, if you don’t have saved shsh blobs then you can’t use any other firmware but 5.0 . If you have saved blobs I’d just do a restore through itunes with the firmware you want and use redsnow to jailbreak it.

Try using TinyUmbrella's Kick out of Recovery.

Restore to 4.xx only if you have saved blob otherwise restore to iOS 5.0 and have a tethered jailbreak for now.
