Cydia won't work!! Please Help.

So I jailbroke my iphone (3gs, IOS 4.1) using redsn0w 09.6b5, and I also put the ipad baseband (16.5) on it as well. After that, when I tried to add ultrasn0w on it, I went into cydia--home screen looked fine-- but when I clicked on sources, the page was BLANK! I also clicked on a few other folders (like packages) and they were blank as well. I tried rejailbreaking it and redownloading the ipsw firmware, but nothing seems to work. I'm completely out of ideas as to what to do (I'm kind of new to this) and could REALLY use some help!

Restore to 4.1 again and jailbreak with Limera1n or redsn0w b6 or b8.
