jail broke with iCloud problems.

so i jail broke my phone its an iphone4 with iso5. i used redsnow and cydia. idk if it iwas after i downloaded an app or when i messed up rebooting my phone because they happened at the same time, but now i can not locate my phone on iCloud, FaceTime and iMessage just says "waiting for activation........" i deleted the app that may have caused it but still no I anything. any help would be great. (i know i read something going wrong with the sim card but this is a verizon phone so no sim card) thanks

try to re-jailbreak, if the prob persiste so Restore.
