    Question I Want To Use BigBoss' Semi-tether, But How???

    My device(iPhone 4, iOS 5) is already jailbroken, but I need the latest version of Redsn0w, re-jailbreak, to get Semi-tether working, right? So I was thinking, how do I do that if there are no checkboxes for me to uncheck in Redsn0w to have the latest tethered jailbreak from Redsn0w?

    I think you may be overthinking it.
    As long as your jailbroken, all you should have to do is go into Cydia, add the source for Semitether and download the file.
