Upgrading from 4.3.1 to 4.3.3
Hi All,
I just got a new iphone 4 which is on version 4.3.1. My question is that it seems the newest version is 4.3.3. I did try to update last night and I kept getting an error message 3194 that it can not be updated, but I want to know now - when I jailbreak should I get the firmware 4.3.1 from the list of firmwares or should I get the 4.3.3 firmware and try to update that way. I just need to know if I have to update or just jailbreak using the 4.3.1.
I hope I am explaining myself correctly but it sometimes hard to explain. Thank you for all your help.

Are you trying to just jailbreak your phone or update to a newer firmware and then jailbreak??
If its just jailbreaking then point redsn0w to the correct fw that is on your iphone.
If you are wanting to update and jailbreak then i would back it up, save my shsh blobs through tiny umbrella and then update through itunes like normal pending you are on the correct carrier of course. Then jailbreak with redsn0w pointing to the correct updated fw on your device.
