Phone frozen/error code 23 when trying to restore

Hey all,
I'm trying to update to 3.12 from 3.0 but I keep getting a error code 23. Recently, I kept getting a "you must restore..." message, so i figured I may as well update while I was at it. It was a big mistake.

I'm stuck at this point, I can't get past the apple screen, but I can get to the usb itunes screen. I've jb'd 3.0 using redsnow, but now I can't even re-jailbreak back to 3.0... please help!

When I try to re-j/b using redsnow, I get to the final step when it is activating, then it hangs there. At this point, I don't care about it being j/b'd... I just need a working phone.

error 23 = hardware issue (radio)

Sorry bro, your either going to need a replacement, or a new logic board...

Do a little searching on google...
