Hey I just sold my Unlocked and jailbroken 2G mainly because it was laggy and the battery would drain fast (drain in about 4 hours. Running RedSn0w firmware 3.0). I want to know if any other people have had any trouble with battery draining or laggy apps with iPhone 2G (Or other iPhones) using RedSn0w.

I Just bought a one month old 3G (So it should have a fresh battery), but I want to know if anyone has found any other method to make the battery last longer on a 3G (Purpule Rain, Pwnage tool, etc.)
