error 1002 help

i am trying to restore via itunes i keep getting a error 1002,and i have tried everything there is to try,not my phone just shows itunes logo and usb

o have tried another pc

another cord

dfu mode

a different 3.0 firmware

uninstall itunes

any suggestions?cause i might have to go to apple store now

It is a hardware problem. Some phone come that way. Yea, blame the Chinese companies. But I would recommend you go to an Apple store and get it replaced. The guy there will try to restore it, and if he can't, he will replace it.

yea i went to apple got a new one today everything is fine now
