Help, 3GS won't JB, stuck in DFU

I do all the steps perfectly and then when I get to into the restore method, it errors out saying

"The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build."

What is going on?

If you're trying to jailbreak 4.3.1, the signing for that firmware has stopped as of yesterday when Apple released 4.3.2. You need to get Tiny Umbrella up and running and hopefully you have your SHSH blobs saved for 4.3.1. You can also probably wait for the 4.3.2 jailbreak as it appears Apple didn't patch the exploit in 4.3.2.

No, I'm trying to go to 4.2.1 and it won't let me...I get that error message

same here.upgraded to 4.3.1 pwnage jb and it didnt recognize my last restore so i tried to go back to 4.2.1 to see if it would recognize my last sync then, and it keeps giving me 21, 1003, and i think 1016 errors.
tried using tiny umbrella too and it didnt work
