no internet after upgrading

hello all
i juts upgraded my 4.0 1.59.0 iphone to 4.2.1 using the new pwnage tool. everything went smooth except that i cant have my data plan connection to work. i can see the edge and 3g icon on the banner but when i browse i have no connection .. please help

I can't find it in my network settings .. Only VPN that I can edit

I can only edit the cellular data tO on and off only :s
