QuickPwn crashes everytime

When I try to open QuickPwn 2.2.1's exe I automatically get the "Quickpwn has encountered an error and needs to close" message. I do have .NET Framework 3.5 and I followed so many guides and I still don't know how to repair this. It's my first time with Jailbreaking an iPod. I have installed latest iTune, than I've restored my iPod touch 1g 2.2.1 I thought that everything is okay and I started to downloading QuickPwn and 2.2.1 Firmware, but it wasn't okay.

Why dont you just update to 3.1.3?

Hm... I did it and I Jailbroke it with redsn0w. Now I got a stupid question. Why i can't connect to any sources using Cyndia? Safari it's working fine. I can't install AppSync and Instalous.
