Sorry, it's always been mac only. Just get someone with a mac to create a custom firmware for you, then use it to restore on your windows machine. Or just buy a Dell 10v and create a hackintosh!

Probably cuz it uses things that Windows doesn't have. Can't remember the technical terms :/

Sn0wbreeze does the same thing on a PC which is probably why they never bothered to add PC support.

What's going wrong with your upgrade using it?
