First Gen iphone step 12 problem

I got a free iPhone first gen from one of my friends, at least I think it is, it's an 8 gig, there is a camera, and the model number is A1203

I downloaded everything, go through the steps, but after I click thumbs up on step 12 it says "Failed to Pwn Your Device. Do you Want to Retry?"

I can't figure out what's wrong

You cannot use Pwnage tools on this 1st gen iphone, read this link, it will teach you have to activate, jailbreak and unlock for you
