how to downgrade pwned 3g to 3.13 (guide??)

hey guys i have a pwned iphone 3g with ios 4.0 on it and it is too slow (it has wallpapers on. Anybody in a similar situation that has downgraded?? and if so how do i do it.

Just open itunes and select shift+restore then select the iphone 3g 3.1.3 firmware to downgrade to, you may need to use iRestore as well if you get error after the restore is over.

it'll only work if you have your shsh files for 3.1.3 backed up.
