I've been on a jailbroken 3.1.2 firmware for my 3GS for a while now, and all seems to be running well, but I'm afraid to update to 3.1.3 (when the Dev Team says its safe, of course), because of the week in which my iPhone was produced. I used Pwnagetool to jailbreak back when I first got my phone, and my serial number states that the phone was made in week 45, which some say is too late for an unteathered jailbreak. But I've been able to turn off/on my iPhone, and the battery has died, with no need to reconnect to my computer or re-jailbreak or anything. So I'm wondering- is my bootrom old enough to be exploited? I would hate to try and update when I thought the coast was clear, and find that I've ruined both my perfectly fine jailbreak and my shot at ever getting a working jailbreak again.
Thanks in advance for any help that you can give me
