How to install Cydia

Hi guys,

I have a problem putting my apps on my iPhone using SSH. After a couple of research for the whole day I ended up with another tutorial on how to put my apps on my iPhone using Cydia. How can I install Cydia in my iPhone?

I hope somebody can teach me how.

Sorry. I didn't know where to put this post but because is about Cydia...
I notice when I open Cydia it takes like ONE whole minute for the App to load, and sometimes even after it loads it "Reloading Data" which take another minute or so. This doesn't happen when I run Apple Store. This app opens in seconds.
My question is: Is this normal? It happens to you too? It suppose to be this way?
