Iphone 2g - No Service after Jailbreak

Hi all

I have a 2g Iphone which I dropped about a year ago and smashed the screen. I bought a new screen of the internet and fitted it up. Powered on the phone and it all works

I decieded to JB and unlock for my Mum so she can use her o2 sim card in the handset.

I used Pawnage and JB the 3.1.2 firmware and restored the phone in Itunes.

I get into the phone and I can use everything inc wifi, but can't get a mobile phone reception.

If I insert an O2 sim it says - No service

if I insert my ornage work sim card I get - searching

any idea?

Maybe sims didn't match with your phone. Of maybe you got problem with your device. As what you've said the problem occurs when you change your screen.
