and only with cydia not icy. plz would someone help me?

No. We are not allowed to distribute custom firmware on this forum. In fact it's illegal, so technically we can't do it ANYWHERE. But what you can do is put that picture, stock iPod2,1_3.1.1_7C145_Restore.ipsw, and pwnage tool on a USB drive, walk into an Apple store or Best Buy, and do it yourself. I did =]
