Hey guys i don't no if this is legal or illegal to ask, but i would really appreciate if anyone posted the link for the custom firmware 3.1.2 for iPhone 3GS which has been cooked on a Mac using PwnageTool 3.1.4 for windows.

I have been looking for this the all day without any success.

Thanks for your post, believe i did google it and found some, downloaded and tried the them following the instructions of placing them on the
cDocuments and Settings\(username)\application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhones Software Update\
on a XP.

And i get the following error "Firmware file is not compatible"

Something tell me that i got the wrong fw. After all the search i did i don't seem to be finding the right one, this is why I'm posting hoping that a good Samaritan can help with the link.

you hold shift and click on restore then select the firmware. Make sure you get the one that is for your phone. A link will not be provided on here or the person will get an infraction for doing so.
