PwnageTool 3.1.4 won't launch?

I just got VMWare setup, to run Pwnage so I can create a custom .ipsw and Jailbreak my 3G[S] without blackra1n.

However, when I try to launch PwnageTool from within my OSX VM, I get the icon on the dock, a couple bounces to show that it's trying to launch, then the icon goes away and the program never launches..

Also, when installing/copying the Pwnage application, I get the following popup:



Could this be causing the launching issues?

I asked a friend to build the .ipsw for me, thus my quest for a proper 3.1.2 Jailbreak has ended.
