    Default Updating Jailbreak

    I have an iPod Touch with 3.0 and it is jailbroken, I used Redsn0w. It's kind of slow and crashy and I would like to use pwnagetool to update my firmware to 3.1.1. How can I do this without erasing all my jailbreak apps and themes?
