Is the Carrier name missing in 3.1.2 JB
Can anyone who has installed a custom 3.1.2 firmware for an iPhone 3G report back whether the carrier name/logo is missing from the top screen and whether the "Carrier" menu is missing from settings.
This was a known cosmetic issue after installing a custom 3.1 firmware generated from PwnageTool. I searched MMI and have found no mention of this problem with people installing a custom firmware of 3.1.2. Has it been fixed?

Yes it is still missing. But IF u want it on there. After u JB just install MIM and put your own carrier on there. That way in your mind it still looks normal, LMAO. Other then that, we have no issues. Mines been working flawless since last night.

I think that is a big deal that it shows T-Mobile while roaming. I want to easily know that I'm roaming, to minimize charges.
How can this be fixed?
