Already jailbroken on 3.1 BUT......

I upgraded an jailbroke 3.1 on my 3g with the first release of the pwnage tool. I have not had good battery life and of course the well known missing carrier name. Would it be beneficial to restore to 3.1 via itunes and re-pwnage with the new realease? Thanks

i wouldn't risk it just in case
i think even the legit 3.1 has that battery problem
