Cyntact not working after 3GS 3.1 Pwned
Just successfully Pwned my 3GS to 3.1
The only jailbreak app I've found which doesn't work is Cyntact
Mobilesubstrate boots into safe mode.
Anyone else experiencing problems?

yep, same problem here. I already wrote a mail to saurik asking him to fix this. you should do the same (in cydia you can contact the package author)

Everything I restored with Pkgbackup works still (Winterboard, SBSettings, 5 column springboard, 5 icon dock etc) except for AppBackup (figured out how to manually put the backup data where it belongs with iphone browser though, so not a huge deal, just an annoyance).

I'm dumb. I completely forgot about this thread. I just bought Cyntact a few minutes ago. Instant safe mode upon respring. But I also chimed in to saurik with a bug report. Hopefully he will have time to push out an update.
*EDIT 2 (next day...That double post automerger don't f*** around)
So, let me just say. saurik is the freekin man! By fixing MobileSubstrate to allow Cyntact to work, whatever he did also made AppBackup work. Now life really is good in jailbreak land again
