Pwnage Tool on a PC?
I hear a lot of people complaining that there is not a Windows version of the Pwnage tool...they are a PC instead of a Mac.
Does it matter if you are a PC or Mac? Why couldn't you create a small partition on your PC and load OS 10.x on it? Then you could Dual boot Leopard and Vista or w/e.
Am I missing something? Has anyone done this?
Google "the ultimate OSX on pc installation guide" for instructions.

Well I did a bunch of searching and found something that may work. Bummer is that I cannot try it for a week since I will be out of town

Google bass-2k7 He has a web site which has instructions on how to install Leopard (iATKOS V1.0i) on a PC.
Even if I can get OS X installed on my PC and PWNAGE tool working, I will be SOL until the dev team releases a version which can jailbreak OTB 3.1 3Gs. However, it looks like they are very close!

Just download the custom firmware. Google it. If your on att get the one that's not activated if you aren't get the one that is activated. If you search around you will find different root sizes too.

technically possible.
but most people don't like to partition their HD, installing an operating system (which doesn't run on a PC natively and can be an pain in the a** to install, and btw, if you want that stuff to be legal, you need to BUY that OS first, which is $130 or something) just to run a single app.
just saying. I think mac os X is great, but I have a macbook for that and I use my PC for playing games. And even though I love mac os X I'm not installing it on the PC because I just don't want a dual boot system
