PWNAGE 3.1 Major Dock Issues

I've upgraded to the new 3.1 Pwnage and my service is fine. I am having a very weird issue with the Icons in my dock. They are all jammed on the left side of the screen. I am having a hard time clicking on the correct icon becuause they are so close together.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

try to enable restrictions in settings, the go back and disable them See if it'll put everything back where its supposed to be.
