Can't make or recieve calls what should i do? help...

So i have firmware 3.0 on my 3G and pwnaged my phone with no errors occuring. After jailbroken, i can text,use the internet,have wifi, and reception. But the only thing i can't do is recieve or make calls on my phone because it disconnects as soon as i try to. Help on what to do to fix this problem. I know this has probably been asked before so sorry, but i'm a newbie at this and need assistance please. Any help would be much appreciated because I don't know what to do.

Restore and reJB. Something must've gone wrong during the process. Try using redsn0w this time.
