3.0 Data network error

Im trying to figure out why i keep getting this error when i have an Att sim... i upgraded my 2g lasty night to 3.0 and now i cant use the internet or anything unless im on wifi and there is no place to change the APN settings. What can i do?

Did you try resetting network settings?
