Lost everything after WinPwn, iTunes wont restore to Backup?

I synced my iPhone 2g 2.2.1 to iTunes this morning, theproceded to use WinPwn on it. After WinPwn was done, I had nothing in my phone. Went to sync to iTunes to get it all back and iTunes said it couldnt do it because the software on the iPhone is too old?

What now?

Well Winpwn is only for firmwares 2.0.2 and below so it's obsolete. Restore to 3.0 and redsn0w your phone.
