SpringBoard.strings for 3.0
yea... i kinda messed up trying to edit it... can any please post SpringBoard.strings file for 3.0, i got the 2.2 one it works expect the search bar shows "SEARCH_BAR_PLACEHOLDER" which is annoying me , if anybody could plz ! thanko!

Neeks, no he's looking for the actual SpringBoard.strings file. Its inside the root section of the iPhone. Somewhere in the root section anyway.

I did the same thing, I screwed up my strings file and I guess forgot to make a copy. I have a 2.2 strings right now, but an original copy would be awesome.

I Think I've Made The Same Mistake As All Of You. I Didn't Make A Backup And Now The Slide Bars All Say Stuff Like AWAY_LOCK... SEARCH_BAR_PLACEHOLDER. I Tried Adding The SpringBoard.strings File From This Thread And It Didn't Change Anything. Anybody Know Of A Fix?

Cheers dude they work fine on my iPhone 3g 3.1.3 I was trying to change the "Slide To Unlock" by deleting the original text. Does anyone know if you have to write a certain amount of letters or leave spaces? I watched vids on youtube and it looks pretty simple but i cant get it to work
