How do I redo the pwnage for 3,0 with all of the options

ETA: please help, I think I am missing the bootloader files, and I don't want to mess up my phone!

Last night I stayed up and decided to go ahead with 3,0 on my 2g. I guess I was more tired than I thought and should have left well enough alone.

Everything was going fine until I was clumsy with clicking when being asked to search for some necessary files. It happend so fast, and next I know I could not choose them and the whole process was happening without. I went back, exited and started over, deleted it all and re-downloaded, but now it skips right past that point :/

I am afraid that without those files my phone won't work. Can anyone tell me how to make pwnage think it is fresh, on my computer for the first time?
