Jailbreak iphone 3gs???

Anyone heard anything about a timetable or estimate about when we can expect a jailbreak for the new iphone 3gs?
Im on a macbook...my iphone is so limited without it...
ya never know how much you miss something till its gone!

I sold mine... Gosh i miss JB.. Even the slightest hint on twitter that things were looking positive would help.. But nothing.. man im getting worried!

im sure they tested it, says in huge letters DOES NOT WORK WITH 3GS!

well Im glad I took the time to read over the forum and find out that there is no jailbreaking method available for 3Gs yet.
My first iPhone, I was previously with WinMo(

A Forums)
so far, loving the phone though, lots of cool stuff.
Looking forward to customizing this nice piece of hardware =]...(and software)

why would you pay when it will be released for free, and soon I hear.

It will be released after 3.0.1 comes out, because it is sure to come out soon. Also, the dev-team has hacked it, they just don't want to release it yet because most people don't have the phone yet, and after they release the jailbreak, apple will remove that exploit on the phones they ship out. For more information, check out blog.iphone-dev.org (that is the official iPhone Dev Team Blog. I can't wait though. I miss Winterboard!!

Apple is just holding that mythical 3.01 update "carrot" up there to prevent jailbreak from being released.
