smirkis, kindly re-read my post and you will find that I DID NOT STATE anywhere that I made the custom firmware, nor did I take credit for it.

My goal as any other member of this forum is to help other users with ther Iphone. If I see a post or link already submitted by someone else and another user asks a question that has already been answered than I simply try and point the user in the right direction.

Whithin the past week the Iphone community has been buzzing with the release of the new firmware, a new Iphone as well as bombarding Dev-Team as to when they will release their Pwn tool.

As with any other die-hard Iphone fan, I to wanted my 2G unit running the new firmware with all the goodies, as such I decided to share a link to a custom firmware that several users perhaps could not find or missed.

Nonetheless, I agree thanks goes out to SMSCRACK for his help. But I strongly believe that users of this forum should stick to helping each other and not complaining about who didnt thank who for whatever.

Besides, I didnt see a section in the forum rules that indicates that we get AirMiles for the number of thanks or posts
