winpwn failed to initialize

hey guys, first off, thanks for the help, and the help you have provided in the past. i searched for this topic, but couldn't find a thread about it.

got a new phone under warranty and need to jailbreak it. it sucks having an un-jailbroken phone

currently don't have winpwn on this computer. it installs fine, but when i go to open it, i get this:

"the application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135), click OK to terminate the application"

everything else should be good, itunes 8.1.1, phone is on 2.2.something, windows XP, etc.

any ideas?

crap, i don't think i have the correct .net framework. that would do it, right?

make sure you .net framework is updated and you might need to have service pack 3 installed.
