Getting Installer app onto my Iphone

Hi,
This may have been answered before and if so, please kindly point me to that discussion, but if not here is my question.
I jailbroke and unlocked my iphone with pwnage using 2.2.1. At that time I had Installer and Cydia on my phone, but when i got the beta 5 version of 3.0 I did just like they suggested and just upgraded without using pwnage. The only problem is now i don't have either app on my iphone and I can't seem to use pwnage to build a custom 3.0 beta 5 version. Is there anyway to get these apps on there? I really want them. Thanks.
