i need help with this iphone, just buy it few days ago, and it's version 2.2.1 (5H11)
modem firmware 02.30.03

You can jailbreak using either Pwnage or quickpwn (google).

But you cant unlock that version. If you search this site you will find a thread on how to downgrade your baseband BUT it only works for 1 out of 3 FW's with 2.2.1, so your probably out of luck...and the ONLY thing you can do then to unlock is buy a sim-adaptor.
