I need help Jailbreaking my 3G iphone!!

I need help Jailbreaking my 3G iphone!!
I have a 3G Iphone running Iphone OS 2.2, using Yellowsn0w & Jailbroken. Due to a issue on my Mac, i had to wipe the handset. Now i can install the custom .ipsw to it!!
I'm using Mac OSX 10.5.6, followed the DFU fix.
Mac picks up the iphone in DFU mode, tried to restore, but get error 1600.
Used PwnageTool 2.2.5 to create the .ipsw.

Please help!!

Do a search for "error 1600", there are a bunch of threads on this and you may find your answer there. Seems DFU mode will help.

Make sure that the screen is black it will be in DFU mode.

What Zwanyne said...you want the black screen to appear or you have not entered DFU mode properly.
