jailbreaking itouch with quickpwn

i've done it with iphone's but never an itouch, my friend wants it doing, he just wants to be able to use cydia and have it jailbroken, in quickpwn it has 'unlock iphone' box with a tick in, do i untick that? basically, im asking what that does.

Ok, first of all, you are in the wrong place for this question...

But, if it's a iPod Touch 2G, you can't right now, but you can install quickfreedom, that's what I did.

If it's iPod 1G you can use quickpwn.
